The President for Beijing Energy-Net Technology Co. Ltd., which is a joint venture Company with Beijing Gas Group and meanwhile severed as Deputy Director of Distributed Energy Professional Committee under China City Gas Association. He had also worked as the president of China Qingdao Dragon Gas Ltd. and Eastern Energy Development Ltd. Vice President for Falcon Group USA Inc. He has received B.S. from Jilin University in China and M.S. in Geochemistry from Northern Illinois University. After graduation he had worked as Post-Doctor for Department of Geochemistry in Louisiana State University in USA.
