Senior oil and gas development experts in China oil industry, currently is vice chairman of Management Research Council at Chinese Academy of Sciences, consultant of Xinhua News Agency International Research Center. Once served as deputy general manager of CNODC, Director of International Cooperation Bureau at China National Petroleum Corporation, chief geologist of China Sinochem Corporation and general manager of Sinochem international oil exploration and development company. 

Participated in the external cooperation of China Offshore Oil, China Southern Eleven Provinces Foreign Cooperation. He graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute.
