He had worked as the Vice President of Power Investment Company under the State Development Investment Corporation of China, and also as the Division Chief for Planning Department of State Energy Investment Corporation. He had engaged in Electric power planning,  project research work for over 30years. Participated in domestic new unit construction technical renovation work. Obtained the national science conference award. Graduated from Northeast Electricity University with a bachelor degree in Thermal and Power engineering.
